DEBTOR

An invoice produced by Safari Brothers shall be proof of the amount due
A 25% Non-refundable deposit is required to confirm a booking
The balance is due 30 days prior to tour departure
If booking is made less than 30 days prior to tour departure, then full payment is due within 48 hours of issue of invoice
Failure to do this will result in the cancellation of the reservation

CANCELLATION / MODIFICATION OF A RESERVATION

Cancellations of bookings must be made in writing and are only accepted once received by Safari Brothers
Cancellation fees: 45+ days before departure: deposit only
30-15 days before departure: 50% of total fare

15-0 days before departure: 100% of total fare

Should a client fail to appear on the departure day or leave the tour prior to accomplishment then no reimbursement will be made by Safari Brothers whatsoever
Prices are subject to change until paid in full
Safari Brothers reserves the right to cancel a tour should the need arise due to political unrest, weather conditions classified as Acts of God, or other extreme unforeseen circumstances
In such an event all monies paid to Safari Brothers will be refunded in full, which will constitute the full extent of Safari Brothers liability to the client and persons under its’ authority
